The construction of a new factory of thin -layer CIGS photovoltaic modules is created quickly and without delays. The factory located in Jerzmanów in Wrocław will be the first in Poland and Eastern Europe producing solar modules in this technology.
What will happen in 2025?
We plan to complete the construction work stage by December to be able to introduce a machine park to the production hall at the latest in the first quarter of next year. Key devices (such as PVDs), which ultimately are to work in the new factory, are already calibrated and tested at our headquarters in Żylice near Rawicz. This is to shorten the implementation period to a minimum. We recruit for key positions, mainly managerial. New - in Polish conditions - technology requires longer training of new employees. The more that they will also refine selected processes. We prioritize the construction of a production hall but a magnificent office building is being built in parallel.

As part of the Roltec investment, it will also rebuild Wołuwunowa and will make a pavement and bicycle path connecting the Żerniki and Jerzmanów housing estates.
Co -financing from the National Reconstruction Plan
We came across the ranking list of projects submitted in the A2.1.1 competition recruitment. As part of the KPO under the name, investments . As part of EU assistance, we received a co-financing recommendation of PLN 24,421,386.17 for the project to build an intelligent factory of thin-layer photovoltaic panels along with an investment in the technologies of digitization and automation of production and government processes based on the concept of industry 4.0 . This amazing support for our intentions was possible thanks to the increase in allocation to the A2.1.1 KPO investment by nearly PLN 285 million from money shifted from unused non -competitive projects. In addition to Roltec, investment support can receive 85 enterprises for a total amount of almost PLN 1.3 billion.
Wrocław - City of the future
The capital of Lower Silesia won the prestigious " European Cities and Regions of the Future 2024 " ranking. Wrocław turned out to be a great place to run a business; with great human potential. The ranking emphasized that Wrocław is a "home of technology and innovation" . This is where the most technological startups are created. The new Roltec investment fits in perfectly with this image of the city. The factory emerging near the airport in the area of the WSSE will implement the latest photovoltaic technologies.
