Scope of duties:
- Supervision over the proper, ongoing operation of buildings, systems and technical equipment, such as: electrical installations, air conditioning, ventilation, heating systems, fire protection systems, water and sewage systems and compressed air systems, sewage treatment plant installation, water treatment installation (including media monitoring);
- Conducting periodic inspections and maintenance of equipment and installations;
- Replacement of consumables;
- Detecting, diagnosing and removing faults, solving technical problems (handling daily requests);
- Maintaining service documentation;
- Supervision of work and cooperation with external parties.
Our requirements:
- Technical education;
- Professional experience in technical maintenance of facilities;
- SEP qualifications for operation and supervision of G1 up to 1kV;
- Ability to read technical documentation;
- Basic computer skills;
- Responsibility, independence, commitment and good organization of own work;
- Knowledge of the Polish language, both spoken and written, at least at an advanced level.
Welcome:
- Possession of UDT qualifications;
- Experience in operating overhead cranes;
- Experience in operating MV stations;
- Willingness to work in shifts;
- SEP G1 entitlements up to 110kV and groups G2 and G3.
