Electrical Wiring Engineer

We are looking for an Electrical Termination Engineer to join our team. He will be responsible for supervising and developing processes related to the execution of electrical terminations in photovoltaic modules.

Your role will be to ensure the stability and quality of soldering processes, junction box assembly, and securing active module areas. You will also support operators, conduct training, and collaborate with the Quality Department and the pilot line to improve procedures and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and control of processes related to the execution of electrical connections in PV modules (from internal connections to final terminals in protection class II).
• Responsibility for the operation of the collecting rail soldering stations.
• Supervision of junction box assembly stations.
• Control of the processes of pouring electrically insulating resin, siliconizing and protecting the active areas of the module.
• Active participation in the development of technological processes and production procedures.
• Training of operators and providing substantive support in daily work.
• Creating and updating job instructions.
• Collaboration with the pilot line and the Quality Department in defining and implementing control procedures.

Expectations:

• Higher technical education (preferred fields: electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, automation or related).
• Knowledge of electrical connection technology and electrical insulating materials,
• Experience in soldering processes, electrical assembly or the production of electrical/electronic devices.
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards related to electrical protection (experience with protection class II is welcome).
• Ability to analyze and optimize process parameters.
• Practical knowledge of resin potting technology and silicone seals is desirable.
• Communicative knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in a team, independence, analytical approach and focus on process development.
