As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for comprehensive financial management support for a CIGS thin-film photovoltaic panel production plant in Wrocław. Your work will be crucial to the economic efficiency of the modern production line and the company's strategic development.
Expectations:
- higher education in economics (preferred fields: finance, accounting, economics, controlling or related),
- experience in the area of financial controlling or management accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company,
- good knowledge of management accounting principles, budgeting and cost analysis,
- practical skills in cost accounting, profitability analysis and production efficiency,
- proficient knowledge of MS Excel and very good knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications,
ability to prepare and present financial reports, - knowledge of ERP systems and experience in implementing controlling systems is welcome,
- communicative knowledge of English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage,
- analytical thinking and teamwork skills, meticulousness and result orientation,
- willingness to continuously develop and improve competences in the area of finance and controlling.
Responsibilities:
- participation in the creation of analyses, plans, budgets and financial flows,
- responsibility for preparing management reports and financial analyses for management staff and their presentation,
- active participation in the preparation of the annual budget, forecasts and multi-annual plan,
- monitoring budget implementation and analysis of deviations,
- cost and revenue analysis, calculation of margins and profitability of products and research and development projects,
- cooperation with production, purchasing and accounting departments in the field of cost planning and optimization,
- creating and improving controlling tools,
- participation in the processes of optimizing and improving controlling procedures,
- preparation of data for periodic and annual financial reports.
