Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating the work of the production team during the shift;
• Organizing the production process according to plan and responding to operational needs on an ongoing basis;
• Operation of production machines: configuring, commissioning and controlling their operation in accordance with production technology;
• Setting and optimizing machine parameters depending on production requirements;
• Monitoring product quality and reporting any non-conformities;
• Taking care of minor repairs, maintaining equipment and reporting faults to the service center;
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and safety standards among employees;
• Maintaining production documentation and reporting the results of your shift.

Expectations:

• Experience in production required (industrial environment preferred);
• Experience in managing a team or working as a leader/foreman is welcome;
• Technical education is welcome;
• Ability to operate electrical machinery and equipment;
• SEP qualifications are welcome;
• Availability, independence and responsibility for the entrusted process.
