Junior Specialist for Occupational Health and Safety, HR and Administration (m/f)

Your scope of responsibilities:

• Support for the Occupational Health and Safety Service in carrying out tasks in accordance with applicable regulations,
• Co-creation and implementation of occupational health and safety procedures, instructions and standards,
• Conducting initial and periodic training in the field of occupational health and safety,
• Preparing training materials and occupational health and safety documentation,
• Analyzing the state of occupational safety and recommending improvement measures,
• Participation in determining the causes and circumstances of accidents at work and maintaining post-accident documentation,
• Initiating activities supporting the development of a safety culture within the organization,
• Support for the HR team in ongoing activities (including onboarding, employee documentation, HR projects).

Our requirements:

• Specialized education in the field of occupational health and safety (a necessary condition),
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and the desire to further develop in this area,
• Good work organization and responsibility,
• Communication skills and the ability to work with people,
• Proactive approach and commitment.
