Your scope of responsibilities:
- Support for the Occupational Health and Safety Service in carrying out tasks in accordance with applicable regulations,
- Co-creation and implementation of occupational health and safety procedures, instructions and standards,
- Conducting initial and periodic training in the field of occupational health and safety,
- Preparing training materials and occupational health and safety documentation,
- Analyzing the state of occupational safety and recommending improvement measures,
- Participation in determining the causes and circumstances of accidents at work and maintaining post-accident documentation,
- Initiating activities supporting the development of a safety culture within the organization,
- Support for the HR team in ongoing activities (including onboarding, employee documentation, HR projects).
Our requirements:
- Specialized education in the field of occupational health and safety (a necessary condition),
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and the desire to further develop in this area,
- Good work organization and responsibility,
- Communication skills and the ability to work with people,
- Proactive approach and commitment.
