Want to join a team that's shaping the future of renewable energy? We're looking for a Human Resources and Payroll Specialist to join our newly established CIGS solar cell factory. This specialist will support HR processes within a dynamic and innovative organization.

Your tasks:

  • calculating salaries, maintaining personnel documentation,
  • handling employee matters related to ZUS, PFRON, GUS, PIT,
  • creating reports, analyses, budgets,
  • creating and updating job descriptions,
  • knowledge and application of current labor law and social security regulations,
  • creating reports, statistics and presentations for the HR department,
  • handling matters related to the employment of foreigners,
  • benefits administration,
  • cooperation with occupational health and safety, managers, accounting, finance.

Our requirements:

  • professional experience in the field of personnel administration,
  • Law and accounting graduates are welcome,
  • good knowledge of labor law and social security regulations,
  • the ability to calculate salaries is an advantage,
  • very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel),
  • ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment,
  • communication skills, independence, proactivity and commitment,
  • willingness to travel on business (work in locations Wrocław / Żylice near Rawicz).
