Junior HR generalist

Do you want to join a team that shapes the future of renewable energy? We are looking for Junior HR Generalist to our newly emerging sunlight factory in CIGS technology, which will watch over the support of personal processes in a dynamic and innovative organization.

Your tasks:

• Conducting recruitment processes for lower -level positions (publication of advertisements, CV selection, arrangement of meetings, participation in recruitment conversations),
• Coordinating the work of the office and personal administration,
• Handling processes related to onboarding and offboarding employees,
• Creating and updating jobs descriptions,
• Cooperation with the company's departments in the organization of training and employee development,
• In the future, staffing and support in calculating remuneration,
• Knowledge and application of current labor law and ZUS,,
• Assistance in organizing integration events and Employer branding activities,
• Creating reports, statistics and presentations for the needs of the HR department,
• Administration of benefits.

Our requirements:

• Professional experience in the area of ​​recruitment and personal administration is welcome,
• Welcome extramural students or graduates of psychology, sociology, management, law, accounting,
• Practical knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and competence assessments, is welcome,
• Good knowledge of labor law and social insurance,
• The ability to calculate remuneration is welcome,
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (in particular MS Excel),
• The ability to work in a dynamic and variable environment,
• Communication skills, independence, proactivity and commitment,
• Readiness to travel business trips (work in the locations of Wrocław / Żylica near Rawicz).
