Want to join a team that's shaping the future of renewable energy? We're looking for a Junior HR Generalist to join our newly established CIGS solar cell factory. They'll oversee HR support for this dynamic and innovative organization.
Your tasks:
- Conducting recruitment processes for lower-level positions (publishing job advertisements, CV selection, arranging meetings, participating in recruitment interviews),
- Coordinating office work and personnel administration,
- Handling processes related to employee onboarding and offboarding,
- Creating and updating job descriptions,
- Collaboration with company departments in organizing training and employee development,
- In the future, we will also provide HR services and support in payroll calculation,
- Knowledge and application of current labor law and social security regulations,
- Assistance in organizing integration events and employer branding activities,
- Creating reports, statistics and presentations for the HR department,
- Benefits administration.
Our requirements:
- Professional experience in the field of recruitment and personnel administration is welcome,
- Part-time students or graduates of psychology, sociology, management, law, accounting are welcome,
- Practical knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and competency assessments, is desirable,
- Good knowledge of labor law and social security regulations,
- Ability to calculate payroll is desirable,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel),
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment,
- Communication skills, independence, proactivity and commitment,
- Willingness to travel on business (work in locations Wrocław / Żylice near Rawicz).
