Junior Project Manager (m/f)

Your scope of responsibilities:

• co-creating and specifying the goals of R&D and implementation projects,
• preparation and supervision of project schedules and plans
• monitoring project implementation, deadlines and budgets,
• reporting progress and preparing reports for the Management Board and project committees,
• identifying project risks and supporting preventive and corrective actions,
• participation in periodic project reviews and representing the company during meetings with clients and partners,
• cooperation with external companies and technology partners,
• ongoing cooperation with technical departments, R&D laboratory and design teams,
• planning and organizing the work of the project team,
• supporting the engagement and effective cooperation of team members,
• supervision of design documentation and its updating.

Our requirements:

• a person with higher education or undergoing professional development in a technical/design environment,
• a person with experience in project coordination, work organization or interdepartmental cooperation,
• a person who can find their way in a technical work environment and understands technical language,
• a well-organized, independent and responsible person,
• a person with developed communication and analytical skills,
• a person with good knowledge of English enabling work with documentation and business partners.

Welcome:

• experience in R&D, technological implementation or the PV industry,
• knowledge of the photovoltaic industry,
• experience in a laboratory or production-technology environment,
• knowledge of project management tools and methods.
