We are looking for a person for the position of laser structure engineer who
The work will take place at a modern production line in Wrocław.
The scope of duties includes developing, implementing and improving structure processes as well as quality control of these processes in the production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in launching the production process of the structure of photovoltaic cells,
- Supervision over the course of the structure process and analysis of parameters and quality of structures obtained,
- Implementation of pilot versions of processes and testing new solutions on the production line,
- Monitoring the technical condition of devices, diagnosing irregularities and implementation of corrective actions,
- Support for devices for assessing the quality of structure (including digital microscopes, optical and contact profile),
- Close cooperation with techniques and operators to ensure liquidity and effectiveness of processes,
- Reporting the results of quality control and technical status of devices,
- Searching and testing of new technologies related to the structure of thin -layer photovoltaic cells,
- Continuous improvement of processes in cooperation with engineering and production departments.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education: physics, chemistry, material engineering, mechanics, optoelectronics, process engineering or related directions,
- Experience in structuring techniques (laser and/or mechanical),
- Knowledge of methods of characterization of thin -layer structures,
- Knowledge of photovoltaic processes and CIGS cell production technology is welcome,
- Ability to analytically think and solve technical problems,
- Ability to work team and manage entrusted tasks,
- Communicative knowledge of English (reading technical documentation, international cooperation).
