Production Line Integration Engineer

As a Production Line Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating, integrating, and optimizing processes on a modern CIGS (Copper-Indium-Gallium-Selenide) photovoltaic panel production line.

Your task will be to ensure the smooth cooperation of individual technological areas, including material handling systems and buffer stations, as well as process and operational support in the field of high-level integration and optimization of the entire production process.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervision of the integration and operation of individual areas of the production line,
  • Coordination of the operation of short-distance transport systems and buffer stations,
  • Providing process and operational support for production integration and optimization,
  • Taking into account the specific nature of machine operation, planned downtime and local bottlenecks in process planning,
  • Ongoing supervision of the production process of photovoltaic panels,
  • Registration and analysis of procedural parameters to identify the potentials of improvements,
  • Development and updating of technical documentation and detailed operating instructions,
  • Solving technical problems and ensuring the continuity and repeatability of technological processes,
  • Collaboration with engineering teams and the investment department in launching and implementing new production infrastructure,
  • Maintaining a high level of technical culture and occupational hygiene in the production environment.
Expectations:
  • Higher technical education (preferred: materials engineering, technical physics, electronics, mechatronics or related),
  • Knowledge of industrial processes and vacuum technologies is desirable,
  • Good knowledge of pressure units, vacuum levels and measuring devices,
  • Knowledge of vacuum pumps, magnetrons and sputtering processes is welcome,
  • Basic knowledge of electrical engineering (SEP qualifications up to 1 kV are welcome),
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word),
  • Ability to think analytically, solve technical problems and make decisions,
  • Communicative knowledge of English, additional languages ​​will be an advantage,
  • Willingness to continuously improve qualifications and technological development.
