Join the team at a modern production facility for thin-film CIGS photovoltaic panels and participate in the development of innovative renewable energy technologies.
As the Logistics and Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of logistics and warehouse processes at the production facility, planning material flow, ensuring production continuity, and leading the logistics and warehouse team. Your
role
Responsibilities:
1. Logistics and warehouse management
- Managing a logistics and warehouse team (work organization, task delegation, motivation, competence development);
- Recruitment, onboarding and training of employees;
- Evaluating team performance and building a culture of continuous improvement.
2. Planning and coordination of material flow
- Planning and supervision of the supply of raw materials, components and production materials;
- Ensuring the continuity of supply to production lines in accordance with the production plan;
- Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining them at optimal levels;
- Collaboration with the production and purchasing department regarding delivery schedules.
3. Warehouse management and internal transport
- Supervision of the processes of receipt, issue and storage of materials;
- Organization and optimization of internal transport;
- Ensuring proper recording, labeling and rotation of goods;
- Responsibility for inventory and compliance of system and physical states.
4. ERP systems and reporting
- Supervision over the correctness of data in the ERP system;
- Analysis and reporting of key logistics indicators (inventories, turnover, on-time delivery, costs);
- Creation and control of logistics documentation (PZ, WZ, RW, MM, transport documents).
5. Cooperation with suppliers and external partners
- Coordination of domestic and international transport (import/export);
- Cooperation with carriers and customs agencies;
- Solving current logistics problems and optimizing transport costs.
6. Environmental reporting and waste management
- Supervision of waste and packaging records;
- Collaboration on BDO and KOBiZE reports and environmental audits;
- Ensuring compliance of logistics processes with environmental regulations.
7. Process optimization
- Identification and implementation of improvements in the logistics and warehousing areas;
- Participation in Lean / 5S / Kanban / TPM projects;
- Implementing solutions that increase efficiency, security and digitization of processes.
8. Security and compliance with procedures
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety, quality and internal procedures;
- Responsibility for compliance of activities with quality and environmental standards.
Our requirements:
- Higher education (logistics, management, production engineering or related);
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics in a manufacturing environment, including managerial experience;
- Experience in team management;
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel);
- Ability to plan, analyze data and make decisions;
- Communicative knowledge of English;
- Independence, responsibility and focus on process optimization;
- Experience in the area of import/export and cooperation with customs agencies is welcome.
