Roltec is a dynamically developing company in the field of photovoltaics research and development. Roltec means reliability and innovation in action. The main areas of our activity are: thin-film photovoltaics, semiconductors, materials engineering, vacuum processes, materials analysis and measurements, and scientific research. As we expand our team and are looking for a purchasing and logistics specialist .
Responsibilities:
Organization of Purchasing Processes:
- Search and evaluation of suppliers,
- Negotiating contract terms,
- Purchasing of raw materials and materials,
- Organization of purchases from outside the EU,
- Participation in the creation of documentation for tenders,
- Monitoring the quality of deliveries, conducting complaint processes,
Logistics:
- Delivery and transport planning,
- Optimization of logistics processes and supply chain,
- Cooperation with the warehouse and production department in the field of inventory management and forecasting needs.
Suppliers:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers.
Cost Control and Optimization:
- Negotiating conditions and prices with suppliers,
- Optimization of transport and storage costs,
- Cooperation with other departments.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Reporting the carbon footprint and other parameters/indicators required by law.
Expectations:
- Experience in a similar position preferred,
- Knowledge of English,
- Proficient use of MS Office,
- Independence and initiative,
- organizational skills,
- Flexibility and availability,
- High level of interpersonal, communication and personal culture skills,
- Valid category B driving license.
