Roltec is a dynamically developing company in the field of photovoltaic research and development. Roltec stands for reliability and innovation in its operations. Our main areas of activity include thin-film photovoltaics, semiconductors, materials engineering, vacuum processes, material analysis and measurement, and scientific research. As we expand our team, we are seeking a purchasing and logistics specialist .
Scope of duties:
Organization of Purchasing Processes:
- Search and evaluation of suppliers,
- Negotiating contract terms,
- Purchases of raw materials and supplies,
- Organisation of purchases from outside the EU,
- Participation in creating documentation for tenders,
- Tracking the quality of deliveries, conducting complaint processes,
Logistics:
- Delivery and transport planning,
- Optimization of logistics processes and supply chain,
- Collaboration with the warehouse and production department in the area of inventory management and forecasting needs.
Suppliers:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers.
Cost Control and Optimization:
- Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers,
- Optimization of transport and storage costs,
- Cooperation with Other Departments.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Reporting of carbon footprint and other parameters/indicators required by law.
Expectations:
- Experience in a similar position is welcome,
- Knowledge of English,
- Proficient in MS Office,
- Independence and initiative,
- Organizational skills,
- Flexibility and availability,
- High level of interpersonal, communication and personal culture skills,
- Valid category B driving license.
