Roltec sp. z o. o
As a process engineer on the magnetron spray line, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing technological processes related to the production of photovoltaic cells by the CIGS method (Copper-Indium-Gallium-Selenide). Your tasks will include both the launch of modern production systems as well as quality monitoring and process parameters related to applying thin -layer CIGS coatings, which are crucial in the production of photovoltaic cells.
Dedicated responsibilities:
- Ongoing supervision over the production process on magnetron spraying lines,
- Keeping and updating technical documentation related to vacuum and thin -layer processes,
- Registration and analysis of procedural parameters to identify the potentials of improvements,
- Developing detailed operational and technological instructions for magnetron processes,
- Solving technical problems and ensuring continuity and repetition of thin -layer processes,
- Maintaining a high level of technical culture and occupational hygiene in a vacuum technological environment,
- Cooperation with engineer teams and the Investment Department when launching and implementing a new production infrastructure of the plant.
Our requirements:
- Higher technical education (preferred fields: material engineering, technical physics, electronics, mechatronics or related),
- Practical knowledge of vacuum processes, in particular magnetron spraying methods,
- Good knowledge of pressure units, vacuum levels and measuring devices used in vacuum technology,
- Ability to distinguish and select the appropriate types of vacuum pumps and configuration of vacuum systems,
- Knowledge of Magnetron power methods, types of target and parameters of their work,
- Knowledge in the field of thin -layer TCO (Transparent Conductive Oxide) and the properties of conductive and semiconductor materials,
- Knowledge of reactive spraying processes and their impact on the structure and quality of coatings,
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (in particular Excel and Word),
- Basic knowledge in the field of electrical engineering; SEP permissions up to 1 kV are welcome,
- Communicative knowledge of English; Knowledge of additional languages will be an additional advantage,
