We are seeking a Documentation Engineer to join our dynamically growing team in the Maintenance Department. This position will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing technical and process documentation, thereby supporting the efficiency and safety of our operations.
Scope of duties:
- Creating and updating technical documentation of machines, devices and plant infrastructure.
- Development and implementation of maintenance procedures.
- Managing the technical documentation database and ensuring its compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Collaboration with the technical department in the field of failure analysis and optimization of maintenance processes.
- Preparing reports and analyses for the department's needs.
- Organization and archiving of documentation, including cooperation with suppliers and manufacturers in obtaining technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education or currently studying,
- Experience in a similar position is welcome,
- Knowledge of document management systems (e.g. CMMS).
- Knowledge of standards and regulations related to technical documentation and machine safety is desirable.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
- Good work organization and teamwork skills.
