, Safety, and Environmental Protection Specialist for our newly established CIGS solar cell factory.
Your tasks:
- Daily supervision of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and fire protection in our modern facilities in two locations.
- Collaborating with management and employees to implement, evaluate and develop occupational health and safety standards and environmental activities.
- Implementation of environmental protection tasks resulting from legal provisions, including reporting to KOBIZE and preparation of other required reports.
- Supervision of atmospheric emissions, water, sewage and waste management, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Representing the company in contacts with external institutions, including public administration, in the field of environmental protection.
- Increasing employee awareness of occupational health and safety and environmental protection through training and educational activities.
- Developing procedures, instructions and occupational risk assessments tailored to the specific nature of our innovative processes.
- Conducting health and safety audits and maintaining documentation of accidents and training.
Expectations:
- Specialized education in accordance with the regulations on occupational health and safety services and the qualifications of a fire protection inspector.
- Very good knowledge of environmental protection regulations.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position – preferably in production plants based on modern technologies.
- Ability to organize work, search for solutions and cooperate in a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Independence, responsibility and consistency in action.
