We are seeking a leader who will lead the team in a spirit of responsibility, quality, and continuous improvement. If you combine technical expertise with the ability to organize and motivate people, this could be your professional mission.

Dedicated tasks:

  • Supervision of the entire production process of CIGS photovoltaic panels, in particular methods of applying thin-film structures in vacuum conditions.
  • Ensuring the implementation of the production plan, taking into account quality, timeliness and cost optimization.
  • Continuous process improvement – ​​increasing production efficiency and repeatability in cooperation with the process engineering department.
  • Solving organizational and technical problems in real time.
  • Managing a team of production workers – delegating tasks, organizing work, training.
  • Collaboration with other departments, in particular: maintenance and process engineering.
  • Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety rules, environmental standards and quality procedures (ISO).
  • Production schedule control and analysis of operational efficiency.

Expectations:

  • Higher technical education, preferred fields: physics, materials engineering, chemical engineering, mechanics or related.
  • Experience in industrial production, preferably in vacuum technology, thin film processing, PV or electronics.
  • Practical knowledge of quality (ISO 9001) and environmental (ISO 14001) standards.
  • Ability to manage a production team – experience in managing changes – working in continuous motion,
  • Good organization of own work and that of the team, independence, initiative in action.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • English language skills at a level enabling reading technical documentation and communicating with an international team.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of thin-film material application processes.
