Production manager

Dedicated tasks:

• Supervision over the entire production process of CIGS photovoltaic panels, in particular by applying thin -layer structures in vacuum conditions.
• Ensuring the implementation of the production plan, taking into account the quality, timeliness and cost optimization.
• Continuous improvement of processes - increasing production efficiency and repetition in cooperation with the process engineering department.
• Solving organizational and technical problems in real time.
• Managing a team of production workers - delegating tasks, organizing work, training.
• Cooperation with other departments, in particular: maintenance and process engineering.
• Monitoring compliance with health and safety rules, environmental standards and quality procedures (ISO).
• Production schedule control and analysis of the efficiency of activities.

Expectations:

• Higher technical education, preferred fields: physics, material engineering, chemical engineering, mechanics or related.
• Experience in industrial production, welcome in vacuum technology, processing thin layers, PV or electronics.
• Practical knowledge of quality (ISO 9001) and environmental (ISO 14001) standards.
• The ability to manage the production team - experience in managing changes - work in continuous motion,
• Good organization of own and team work, independence, initiative in action.
• Knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel).
• Knowledge of English at a level enabling reading of technical documentation and communication with an international team.
