Dedicated tasks:
- Supervision over the entire production process of CIGS photovoltaic panels, in particular by applying thin -layer structures in vacuum conditions.
- Ensuring the implementation of the production plan, taking into account the quality, timeliness and cost optimization.
- Continuous improvement of processes - increasing production efficiency and repetition in cooperation with the process engineering department.
- Solving organizational and technical problems in real time.
- Managing a team of production workers - delegating tasks, organizing work, training.
- Cooperation with other departments, in particular: maintenance and process engineering.
- Monitoring compliance with health and safety rules, environmental standards and quality procedures (ISO).
- Production schedule control and analysis of the efficiency of activities.
Expectations:
- Higher technical education, preferred fields: physics, material engineering, chemical engineering, mechanics or related.
- Experience in industrial production, welcome in vacuum technology, processing thin layers, PV or electronics.
- Practical knowledge of quality (ISO 9001) and environmental (ISO 14001) standards.
- The ability to manage the production team - experience in managing changes - work in continuous motion,
- Good organization of own and team work, independence, initiative in action.
- Knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of English at a level enabling reading of technical documentation and communication with an international team.
- Welcome: knowledge of the processes of applying thin -layer materials.
