Dedicated tasks:
- Supervision of the entire production process of CIGS photovoltaic panels, in particular methods of applying thin-film structures in vacuum conditions.
- Ensuring the implementation of the production plan, taking into account quality, timeliness and cost optimization.
- Continuous process improvement – increasing production efficiency and repeatability in cooperation with the process engineering department.
- Solving organizational and technical problems in real time.
- Managing a team of production workers – delegating tasks, organizing work, training.
- Collaboration with other departments, in particular: maintenance and process engineering.
- Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety rules, environmental standards and quality procedures (ISO).
- Production schedule control and analysis of operational efficiency.
Expectations:
- Higher technical education, preferred fields: physics, materials engineering, chemical engineering, mechanics or related.
- Experience in industrial production, preferably in vacuum technology, thin film processing, PV or electronics.
- Practical knowledge of quality (ISO 9001) and environmental (ISO 14001) standards.
- Ability to manage a production team – experience in managing changes – working in continuous motion,
- Good organization of own work and that of the team, independence, initiative in action.
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- English language skills at a level enabling reading technical documentation and communicating with an international team.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of thin-film material application processes.
