Production Planning Specialist

Responsibilities:

• preparing and updating production plans based on orders and forecasts,
• monitoring order execution and quickly responding to deviations,
• analysis of production capacities and cooperation in their optimal use,
• ongoing contact with the purchasing, logistics and production departments to ensure smooth operations,
• ordering basic raw materials and monitoring the timeliness of deliveries,
• analysis of production data and preparation of reports for management,
• participation in projects related to the optimization of planning processes,
• creation and development of tools supporting production planning,
• participation in inventories and checking data compliance in systems,
• reporting on production efficiency and resource utilization indicators.

Our requirements:

• higher education (preferred fields: technical, engineering, logistics, production management),
• minimum 2 years of experience in production planning,
• knowledge of ERP systems and good practices in planning and scheduling,
• very good knowledge of MS Excel,
• communicative knowledge of English in speech and writing,
• ability to think analytically and work with data,
• independence, systematicity and the ability to make responsible decisions,
• teamwork and communication skills.
