As a Production Team Leader, you'll be key to effectively managing a dedicated department and achieving goals in the dynamically growing green energy sector.
Your scope of responsibilities:
- Supervision and control of control measurements of efficiency and quality parameters of PV modules,
- Conducting and analyzing the results of module efficiency measurements,
- Implementation of degradation and UV exposure tests,
- Performing electroluminescence and photoluminescence tests,
- Conducting breakdown and leakage measurements,
- Development and optimization of measurement processes and test procedures,
- Creating and updating technical documentation and job instructions,
- Training operators and providing substantive support in the testing area,
- Collaboration with the pilot line in implementing new test methods,
- Cooperation with the Quality Department in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
Our requirements:
- Higher technical education (preferred fields: electrical engineering, physics, electronics, materials engineering, mechatronics or related),
- In-depth knowledge of the operation and characterization of photovoltaic modules,
- Experience in electrical and optoelectronic measurements, including electroluminescence and photoluminescence,
- Knowledge of test methods used in photovoltaics (efficiency measurements, UV tests, leakage and breakdown measurements),
- Ability to analyze and interpret measurement data,
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word),
- Communicative knowledge of English,
- Independence, accuracy and analytical approach to work.
