PV Module Testing and Characterization Engineer (m/f)

As a Production Team Leader, you'll be key to effectively managing a dedicated department  and achieving goals in the dynamically growing green energy sector.

Your scope of responsibilities:

• Supervision and control of control measurements of efficiency and quality parameters of PV modules,
• Conducting and analyzing the results of module efficiency measurements,
• Implementation of degradation and UV exposure tests,
• Performing electroluminescence and photoluminescence tests,
• Conducting breakdown and leakage measurements,
• Development and optimization of measurement processes and test procedures,
• Creating and updating technical documentation and job instructions,
• Training operators and providing substantive support in the testing area,
• Collaboration with the pilot line in implementing new test methods,
• Cooperation with the Quality Department in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.

Our requirements:

• Higher technical education (preferred fields: electrical engineering, physics, electronics, materials engineering, mechatronics or related),
• In-depth knowledge of the operation and characterization of photovoltaic modules,
• Experience in electrical and optoelectronic measurements, including electroluminescence and photoluminescence,
• Knowledge of test methods used in photovoltaics (efficiency measurements, UV tests, leakage and breakdown measurements),
• Ability to analyze and interpret measurement data,
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word),
• Communicative knowledge of English,
• Independence, accuracy and analytical approach to work.
