Roltec is a dynamically developing company in the field of photovoltaics research and development. Roltec means reliability and innovation in action. The main areas of our activity are: thin-film photovoltaics, semiconductors, materials engineering, vacuum processes, materials analysis and measurements, and scientific research. Due to Roltec opening a pilot line of CIGS solar panels, we are expanding our team and looking for a specialist in high vacuum vapor deposition (PVD).
Your tasks:
- Vacuum equipment operation,
- Implementation of thin layer deposition processes using PVD methods,
- Testing and implementing new technological solutions,
- Active substantive participation in discussions regarding technology development,
- Reporting events, progress and reviews,
- Taking measurements and analyzing data,
- Measurements and characterization of thin films, optics and nanostructures using various measuring equipment,
- Designing, configuring and performing metrological measurements on new thin-film products,
- Maintaining various photovoltaic thin film deposition systems to ensure high throughput and high efficiency,
- Independent search for new technological solutions and improvement of existing technological processes,
- Inspection of entrusted machines and devices in accordance with safety standards.

Welcome:
- Experience in operating devices used in thin-film technology (spectrometer, spectrum analyzer, ellipsometer, microscope),
- Experience in working with vacuum devices,
- Experience in working in clean rooms,
- Basic knowledge of vacuum technology,
- Basic knowledge of thin-film technology and vapor deposition,
- Education - electronics, optics, chemistry, physics, telecommunications, materials engineering, nanotechnology, biomedical engineering, etc.
- SEP qualifications are welcome.
