GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The privacy policy defines the method of collecting, processing and storing personal data of website users in the roltec.pl domain
  2. The controller of personal data is Roltec Sp. z o. o., ul. Święty Marcin 29/8, 61–806 Poznań. ("Company").
  3. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted
    by post at the address indicated in the point above, or electronically at iod@roltec.pl
  4. Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR).
  5. The personal data of website users will be processed in accordance with the law, collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with these purposes, substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

  1. The personal data of website users will be processed for the following purposes:
    a) preparing and providing an offer in line with the user’s individual requirements (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR),
    b) communicating with the user, including sending answers to questions (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR),
    c) conducting marketing activities by sending commercial and marketing information via the communication channel to which the user has voluntarily consented (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR),
    d) conducting the recruitment process and possible inclusion of application documents in future recruitment processes (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR and Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR),
    e) possible establishment, exercise or defense against claims based on the Company’s legitimate interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR);
    f) analytical and statistical purposes based on the Company’s legitimate interest in verifying Users’ activities and their preferences in order to optimize services and products as well as the functionalities of the website (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).
  2.  For each of the above purposes, the provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for its implementation.

DATA PROCESSING PERIOD

Personal data is processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and then stored until the statute of limitations for claims expires, but no longer than one year from the date of collection.
Data processed for the recruitment process is stored for a period of three months from the end of the recruitment process or for a period of 12 months from the date of consent to store application documents for future recruitment purposes.
Data processed for the purpose of sending commercial information will be processed until consent is withdrawn, provided that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

DATA RECIPIENTS

Data may be transferred to recipients who are processors – entities providing services on our behalf and on our behalf, to whom we commission activities requiring data processing in connection with the processing of personal data, in particular in the field of IT services, marketing services (including marketing agencies), market research, event organization and implementation, call centers, transportation, archiving, correspondence handling, auditors, and professional advisors.
In some cases, external entities providing services on our behalf may act as independent controllers, e.g., Poczta Polska or other postal operators, or payment transaction operators.
Personal data will generally not be transferred outside the European Host Area or to international organizations.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The website user has the right to:

  1. access to the content of your personal data
  2. rectification of your personal data,
  3. deletion of your personal data,
  4. restrictions on the processing of your personal data,
  5. transfer your personal data,
  6. object to the processing of personal data based on the legally justified interest of the controller,
  7. withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  8. Users of the website have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing violates their rights or freedoms.
    All requests referred to in point 1 above can be submitted to the Data Protection Officer at iod@roltec.pl

By choosing to use selected website functionalities, the user accepts the terms and conditions described in this document.
Roltec sp. z o. o. reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, while ensuring that users' rights under this document are not limited by their consent.
