One of the key cooperators of Roltec - Singulus Technologies AG will equip us with three new advanced vacuum spray systems. All systems will be launched in Roltec in 2025. Singulus Technologies AG supports Roltec to supply the construction of a new production plant of thin -layer CIGS solar modules in Wrocław. Cooperation takes place as part of the initiative financed by the EU, aimed at strengthening the European chain of renewable energy supply.

PVD spray systems are necessary to embed high -quality contact and buffer layers on glass substrates. Singulus Technologies offers dry, non -vancing PVD processes with precise layer control, supporting environmentally friendly production and highly efficient CIGS solar modules.
Currently, we focus on Cigs thin -layer technology at Roltec. However, both companies also develop opportunities for developing and implementing photovoltaic tandem solutions.
Potential for the future - tandem PV
CIGS technology is perfect for integration with photovoltaic structures in tandem, because it can serve as a lower link under the upper link with a wide energy break. This combination has the potential for exceeding the limit of efficiency of unconnecting devices, paving the way for the next generation of high -performance solar modules.
