New bifacial module from Roltec

Roltec is preparing a new bifacial photovoltaic module using glass-foil technology for certification. The 480 Wp module, manufactured on our new line in Żylice near Rawicz, is another product offering in our silicon module portfolio.

The bifacial module, built with TOPCon M10 cells, is a modern photovoltaic module that combines innovative technology with high efficiency. The monocrystalline BIJTHE60 model utilizes advanced TOPCon N-type technology, which minimizes performance degradation due to sunlight and high temperatures, and guarantees excellent performance in lower light conditions. Like our glass-on-glass module, the BIJTHE60 features a bifacial design. It enables double-sided energy generation, also utilizing light reflected from the substrate, further increasing energy yield.

We prioritize quality and optimize our production process with this in mind. The large module (1910x1135 mm) features a fully tempered front glass, making it exceptionally durable even in harsh conditions. Each of the 60 cells comprising the module is rigorously tested throughout the production process, eliminating defects resulting from damage or voltage mismatches. This guarantees

Thanks to strict quality control and advanced durability testing, the module offers long-term durability and resistance to degradation. The 3.2 mm thick tempered glass, transparent TDT, and aluminum frame ensure high resistance to atmospheric factors, such as strong winds or heavy snowfall. This makes the panel ideal for any location.

BIJTHE60 modules are manufactured in compliance with the applicable standards: IEC61215, IEC61730, IEC63092 and IEC TS 62941.

Manufacturing the BIJTHE60 in Poland offers a number of additional advantages. Solar farm designers and installers who choose this product can count on prompt warranty service, reliable quality, and manufacturer support at every stage of the investment.
