Internship in the Maintenance Department

Roltec, a manufacturer of modern solutions for the industrial sector, is seeking ambitious and dedicated interns to work on its new production line.
We welcome graduates, part-time students, and final-year technical students. An internship in our department is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience working with advanced technologies and launch a career in a dynamically growing company.

Responsibilities:

1. Support in installation and commissioning of the line:

• participation in the assembly of production machines and equipment,
• assistance in connecting technical utilities (compressed air, electricity, process water),
• assisting UR technicians and engineers during tests and trial runs,
• documenting the course of assembly work and any possible faults.

2. Participation in preventive and maintenance activities:

• assistance in developing preventive maintenance plans for the new line,
• support in performing basic maintenance activities (e.g. lubrication, cleaning, connection inspection),
• participation in sensor calibration and security tests.

3. Technical documentation and reporting:

• updating and organizing technical documentation of devices,
• entering data into CMMS/Excel systems (e.g. records of faults, inspections, spare parts),
• creating simple job instructions and checklists for operators.

Our expectations:

• status of a graduate or part-time/final-year student (preferred technical fields: mechanics, electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics),
• basic knowledge of issues related to the construction and operation of machines,
• willingness to learn and develop your technical skills,
• conscientiousness, commitment and ability to work in a team.
