Logistician

Join the team at a modern production plant for thin-film CIGS photovoltaic panels in Wrocław and participate in the development of the renewable energy industry.

As a Logistician, you will be

Scope of duties:

1. Planning and coordination of material flow

• Planning and supervising the supply of raw materials, components and supplies necessary to implement the production plan.
• Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining them at optimal levels – minimizing shortages and surpluses.
• Creating delivery schedules in cooperation with the purchasing and production department.
• Ensuring the timely supply of production lines with materials and components.

2. Interdepartmental cooperation

• Daily cooperation with the following departments: production, warehouse, purchasing, quality, maintenance and administration.
• Participation in production briefings – reporting delivery status and responding to deviations.
• Providing information about changes in production and delivery schedules.

3. Warehouse management and internal transport

• Coordination of material flow between warehouse and production.
• Collaboration with warehouse staff during receipt, issue and distribution of materials.
• Supervision of the labeling, recording and rotation of goods.
• Optimization of internal transport processes and organization of logistics flows within the plant.

4. Documentation and ERP system management

• Creating and updating logistics documentation (PZ, WZ, RW, MM, invoices, waybills).
• Data entry and control in the ERP system.
• Reporting of logistics indicators – inventory levels, on-time deliveries, warehouse turnover.

5. Cooperation with suppliers, carriers and customs agencies

• Establishing and monitoring delivery dates, resolving current logistical problems.
• Organization of domestic and international transport (import, export).
• Cooperation with customs agencies in the field of import and export clearance.
• Ensuring compliance with customs, transport and trade regulations.

6. Environmental reporting and waste management

• Collaboration with the environmental protection department on BDO, KOBiZE and other reports.
• Recording the flow of waste and packaging from logistics processes.
• Preparing data for environmental audits and regulatory reporting.

7. Optimization of logistics processes

• Identifying and implementing improvements in material flow.
• Analysis of logistics costs and implementation of optimization measures (transport consolidation).
• Participation in process improvement projects (Lean, 5S, SMED, Kanban, TPM).

8. Security and compliance with procedures

• Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and operating procedures.
• Ensuring compliance of logistics activities with quality and environmental standards.

Our requirements:

• Higher education (preferred fields: logistics, management, economics, production engineering or related).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to think analytically, plan and solve problems.
• Communicative knowledge of English.
• Independence, responsibility and good work organization.
• Experience in the area of ​​import/export and cooperation with customs agencies is welcome.
